经常不吃饱

现代社会，大家都很注意塑形和减肥。一些人为了身材更好，而长期饥饿或饮食不足，或某些营养素摄入过少，这些不良作法，会导致出现消瘦、乏力，严重的会造成各种营养素缺乏症。《内经·素问》曾指出：“谷不入，半日则气衰，一日则气少矣。”饮食不足，特别是蛋白质和热能的缺乏，使机体处于负氮平衡，不断消耗体内蛋白质而转化为热能以供需要，这就会引起代谢紊乱、生长发育障碍、免疫功能低下，导致恶性营养不良的发生。若某些营养素长期缺乏，就可引起各种营养素的缺乏症。

经常吃太饱

饮食过量，不仅因胃肠负担过重而影响消化吸收功能，而且可导致营养过剩而引起疾病。暴饮暴食或长期过饱，均可造成消化道功能紊乱。过食肥甘，营养失去平衡，某些营养素过剩，在体内堆积并造成代谢紊乱，可产生高脂血症、高血压病、糖尿病、肥胖症等。《内经·素问》说过“高粱之变，足生大疔”，《千金要主·食治》中说“夫在身所以多痰，此皆由······饮食不节故也”，大都是指饮食过量或过于肥甘所造成的病变。

过于偏食或嗜食

偏食可导致营养障碍、代谢失调，从而产生各种病症。同样的过于嗜食会造成营养过剩或影响各脏腑的功能。如爱吃零食的人，胃肠功能容易紊乱，由于零食多含糖类和脂肪，缺少蛋白质和维生素，可造成营养不良或维生素等缺乏症；又如偏嗜咸食的人，可因细胞外液的渗透压增高，血管内血浆容量增多，血管阻力增加而引起高血压，或因肾脏负担过大而引起水肿；再如，偏嗜荤腥的人，使胆固醇摄入过多而造成血管硬化、高血压，或出现习惯性便秘、痔疮，甚至易发直肠癌。而偏素食的人，则容易造成微量元素、维生素B12等缺乏症。《内经·素问》早已论述的“多食咸则脉凝而变色，多食苦则皮橘而毛拔······”，其中不少已为现代科学所证实。

经常吃过冷的食物或生食

古人早已注意饮食生冷是人类生病的一个重要原因，自火被发现以后，就开始倡导食用熟食。如《礼记》载述了古代“未有火化，含草之实、鸟兽之肉，饮其血，茹其毛”，而至“燧人氏始钻木取火，炮生而熟，令人无肠疾”。由此可知，饮食的烹调处理是减少疾病的一个重要方面。生食，尤其是鱼肉类，不仅因含有病菌或寄生虫而易令人患病，而且往往不易被消化吸收并损伤肠胃。冷食不仅刺激肠胃，导致消化不良，而且易诱发咳喘等疾病。

进食过快或过烫食物

进食过快，狼吞虎咽，由于食物未能充分发挥唾液的消化作用而加重胃的负担，往往形成胃炎或胃溃疡；又如烫食可灼伤味蕾而造成食欲减退，以及口腔和食道肿瘤；再如蹲食，由于血液循环障碍，可影响消化吸收，多导致食欲减退、消化功能失调。

饮食不洁

饮食应干净无污染。像很多人吃水果，不洗就直接吃，或者随便一冲就吃，这些都是不好的饮食习惯。我国早在汉代就已有专篇论述了饮食卫生，指出不洁饮食能危害人体健康，误食不洁之物可使人中毒甚至死亡。不洁食物是指食物在生产、加工、贮存、运输、销售中受到了污染。人吃了被细菌、霉菌、有毒化学物质及各种毒素污染的食物，即可引起各种食物中毒。

饮食过敏

有些人因进食日常无害的食物而产生过敏性疾病也屡见不鲜。饮食过敏多由鱼、肉、蛋、奶等富含蛋白的食品造成，但也有蔬菜、水果引起过敏的，出现的病症有过敏性胃肠炎、荨麻疹、支气管哮喘、喉头水肿、湿疹、口腔溃疡及过敏性休克等。为避免食物过敏，应注意日常饮食后出现的异常现象，尤其应注意牛奶、虾、蟹、羊肉、章鱼、蚕蛹、带鱼、黄鱼、泥螺、蘑菇、蚕豆、扁豆、竹笋、雪菜等。食物观察，如有过敏反应，就在一定时期内禁食。
